These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jlearyconsulting.com and summarize key terms of the marketing services offered by JL Consulting LLC (“JL Consulting,” “we,” “us”). Services are provided under a separate written service agreement signed by each client (the “Service Agreement”). If these Terms and a Service Agreement conflict, the Service Agreement controls.
Services
JL Consulting provides digital marketing services for contractors and home-service businesses, including Meta advertising management, landing pages, and automated CRM and follow-up systems. All engagements are custom-quoted based on niche, service area, and capacity.
Guarantees — as defined
Qualified appointment
A “qualified appointment” means a scheduled sit-down with a homeowner who is located in the client’s agreed service area, knows the starting price for the job, wants the work carried out as soon as possible, and attends the appointment and hears the client’s presentation.
Appointment guarantee
Eligible clients receive at least 20 qualified appointments within the first thirty (30) days of their engagement. If that number is not reached, JL Consulting covers the client’s advertising spend until the client reaches 20 qualified appointments. This make-good is not subject to a time limit or a monetary cap.
No-shows
An appointment the homeowner does not attend is not a qualified appointment and does not count toward the 20. Such appointments are made good by the delivery of further appointments; they are not refunded.
Thirty-day money-back guarantee
New clients may cancel within thirty (30) days of their initial engagement start date for a full refund of fees paid, as set out in the Service Agreement.
The refund and the appointment make-good are mutually exclusive
A client may take either the thirty-day refund described above or the covered advertising spend described under the appointment guarantee. A client may not receive both in respect of the same engagement, and electing one waives the other.
Territory exclusivity
For the duration of the engagement, JL Consulting works with one company in the client’s trade within a ninety (90) minute drive of the client’s primary business address. Appointments generated for a client are not sold or provided to another company in that trade and territory.
The eligibility conditions for all guarantees (such as ad budget minimums, responsiveness to booked appointments, and cooperation requirements) are stated in the Service Agreement.
Payments
Fees are invoiced as agreed in the Service Agreement and may be paid by credit or debit card, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency, and financing options may be available. Payments are processed through our payment platform (Whop) or as otherwise agreed. Except as expressly provided by a guarantee above or in the Service Agreement, fees are non-refundable.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to required accounts and assets, maintain the agreed advertising budget, respond promptly to booked appointments, and use leads and appointments only for their own business.
Intellectual property
This website and its content are owned by JL Consulting LLC or its licensors. Client logos and testimonials appear with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse site content without written consent.
Results disclaimer
Results shown on this website are from real client campaigns. They are examples, not promises: outcomes vary by market, niche, budget, sales process, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on this site guarantees a specific revenue outcome except as expressly stated in a signed Service Agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JL Consulting’s total liability arising out of or related to the website or services will not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
